…and so far, it’s been really good and relaxing.
I had the day off, so I could sleep in. Still got up around 10am. Been preparing all day for a meal that’s kind of tradition for my birthday. Every year, I cook a lamb-related dish. This year, it’s lamb shoulder blades, roasted potatoes, and boiled spinach with cream sauce. So far, everything is smelling delicious.
There’s not much for me to say, except for thanks for all the views/likes/comments/followers so far. I hope that someday, I can do more for you all on days like these. But until this, have a bella note!
